THE TALLEST MAN ON EARTH.

The Tallest Man on Earth creates songs in which guitar and voice closely attune the story. A fluid pattern can carry a melody without completely fixing it. The vocals retain a distinctly personal character. A folk feel remains the foundation, while the delivery allows room for restlessness, longing, and subtle shifts in emphasis.

Listening to The Tallest Man on Earth on vinyl gives the stories time to stand side by side. A LP quietly reveals the differences between stripped-down and more broadly arranged songs. Pay attention to the guitar figures as well: their movement determines how a phrase falls and how much space the voice gets to color a melody anew.

A vinyl album gives the songs a fixed order and a tangible place in your collection. Give the lesser-known tracks time as well, and follow the transitions within a side of the record.
