PROMOTION TERMS.

Free entry, no purchase required: Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You must be 18 or older. Participants from all countries may enter where participation and shipping are legally permitted. The promotion is not sponsored or administered by Miley Cyrus, her label, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
Promotion period: 24 October 2026 through 31 October 2027, with twelve monthly rounds. The first round closes on 30 November 2026 at 23:59; subsequent rounds close on the last calendar day of each month at 23:59, Netherlands time. The final draw is on 7 November 2027. Any further promotion will be announced separately in advance.
Eligible entries: One entry per person per month. New and existing newsletter subscribers can enter by confirming participation through this form. Only confirmed, active email subscriptions received before the monthly closing time and still active on the draw date count. Multiple email addresses, duplicate registrations or repeated signups do not provide additional entries. Employees and people directly involved in the draw are excluded.
Prize: One LP each month. The first prize is Miley Cyrus – Bass Persuades (Lipstick Vinyl + Bonus Track), 1 LP, retail value €27. The next LP and its retail value will be announced on this page before the relevant round begins. Winning is not guaranteed and there is no cash alternative. Your chance depends on the number of valid participants.
Draw and announcement: On the first Sunday after each monthly round, SJELF impartially selects one winner at random from the valid participants. The first draw is 6 December 2026. The winner receives a personal email and the result is announced in The Sunday Spin. We do not publish a full email address, postal address or full name. We publish an identifiable name or photo only with separate permission.
Receiving the prize: The winner must reply to the winner email within fourteen days with the required delivery details. After two unanswered contact attempts, a new draw takes place. SJELF pays standard shipping and dispatches the prize within thirty days of confirmation of the delivery details, where shipping is legally and practically possible. Any mandatory import charges will be agreed with the winner in advance; no payment is requested to release the prize.
Newsletter and privacy: You knowingly subscribe to The Sunday Spin. You can always unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link; you then stop participating in future draws. We use your email address for the newsletter, eligibility checks and prize contact. Only the winner needs to provide a delivery address. See our privacy policy for more information. Fair conduct: Proven fraud may result in exclusion. We do not change the terms to participants’ disadvantage during an ongoing round. In the event of a technical fault, we seek a reasonable solution that does not disadvantage valid participants. Participants’ rights remain unaffected.
