01 / YOUR DESIGN

Create your cover and labels.

Create a square front and back for your cover and two round center labels: one for side A and one for side B. Use Canva or Photoshop, for example, or create your design in our studio.

Use sharp, high-quality images. Keep text, faces, and important details well away from the edges, and for labels, keep them away from the center as well, so they remain clearly visible when printed and cut.

02 / YOUR MUSIC

Collect your music files.

You provide the music. Download your tracks as individual audio files and upload them in the studio. Consider downloads via iTunes or Bandcamp, or files you have saved using an app like Spotmate or TuneFab.

You can upload WAV, MP3, FLAC, and M4A. Choose the order and divide your tracks between side A and B: maximum 20 minutes per side. The studio automatically calculates the playing time.

Check and order.

Choose a product above and click on Design yourself to go to the studio. Add your design and music, and check the cover, both labels, and the order of your tracks.

Then complete your order. You will receive your personal record within 14 days after we have received your complete design and music files. The price is €139 including VAT and shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

What do I get for €139?

One personal vinyl record with your provided music, a custom cover with front and back, and two center labels. VAT and shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium are included.

Can I create my design in Canva or Photoshop?

Yes. Create four separate designs: a square front, a square back, and two round labels. Use high-resolution images and export in good quality. For uploading images, the studio supports JPG, PNG, and WebP. Check your design afterwards in the preview.

What should I pay attention to with printing?

Keep text and important details well within the edges. Let backgrounds extend to the edge. For round labels, take into account the outer edge as well as the center hole. Use sharp photos and check that small text is legible. The preview helps you check the placement.

Do I have to provide the music myself?

Yes. Download your tracks and upload the individual audio files in the studio. You can use, for example, iTunes, Bandcamp, Spotmate, or TuneFab to collect music files. Make sure the files are on your device and can be opened as WAV, MP3, FLAC, or M4A.

Can I also submit a playlist or link?

To make the record, we need the music files themselves. A playlist, tracklist, or streaming link is not sufficient. You also cannot directly upload music that only plays offline within an app.

How many songs fit on my record?

That depends on the length of your songs. A maximum of 20 minutes fits on side A and 20 minutes on side B. The studio measures the playing time and shows the total per side. Is one side too long? Move a track to the other side or remove a track.

Are the designs in the grid fixed designs?

They are examples for inspiration. You choose your own photos, names, text, and music. You can therefore fully customize the design to your moment.

Can I also use my own music or a spoken message?

Yes. You can also upload your own tracks, a homemade recording, or a spoken message. Use a WAV, MP3, FLAC, or M4A file for this. The maximum playing time remains 20 minutes per side.

When will I receive my record?

Within 14 days after we have received your complete design and music files. Do you need the record by a specific date? Please contact us in advance.

What should I check before ordering?

View the front and back of the cover and both labels. Check names, text, photos, and the placement along the edges. Listen to your files and check the order and playing time on side A and B. Everything correct? Then you can complete the order.
