NICK & SIMON.

Two voices from Volendam found each other in harmonies and grew into a recognizable Dutch pop sound. From Rosanne and Pak maar m’n hand to the subdued NSG.

A duo starts with two people. A good vocal duo begins at the moment their voices create something together that neither of them can create alone. Nick and Simon met in high school. They sang together and played songs by Simon & Garfunkel, among others. The fun lay in searching for a second voice: where does it connect, where does it move independently for a moment, and when does everything come together?
