BEHIND THE RECORDS.

THE ARTIST.

André Hazes Jr. sings songs that stay close to the voice. He bears a well-known name, but a record only gains meaning through the way he delivers the lyrics himself.

Op Mijn Lijf Geschreven is the release you can find here. Listen to how the melodies carry the story, without every line needing to have the same emotion.

The Artist Story places his own work alongside the family history. His songs fit within Dutch pop and pop, where one recognizable voice can hold an entire album together.

André Hazes and Roxeanne Hazes make the direct connection visible. Rob de Nijs, Suzan & Freek, and Nielson offer other Dutch-language listening routes.

From Leef to Op Mijn Lijf Geschreven: André Hazes Jr. is searching for his own voice between the great sing-along chorus, pop, and the space to start anew.
